Shipping policy

Website Purchases:

Each client is asked to allow for 2-4 processing days after your order has been paid. You may select your preferred shipping. All items are shipped standard, USPS Priority Mail unless specified by the purchaser. After processing, items are shipped and tracking information is uploaded to each order and customers are automatically notified of shipping/delivery status.

USPS Deliveries:

Due to Covid-19 cutbacks, the US Postal Service has experienced delivery delays throughout the country. Priority Mail provides you with a 2-3 (business) day expectancy of your package, but it is not guaranteed.

Once we ship your item and upload the tracking information to your order, please be sure to stay abreast of your order’s status.

If your package is delayed or if your haven’t received it and it says “delivered,” we urge you to contact your local post office to inquire about next steps and possibly file a claim if you have not received your item in at least 10 days after it has been shipped. Priority shipping comes with $50 insurance. If you have experienced lost packages at the address you have provided, we urge you to contact us before you purchase, select a different shipping method, or use a more secure delivery address. Style JUNKIEZ Klozet, LLC does not offer refunds on packages delayed or lost by any government/private shipping agency.

Customized Items at Client Request:

Once your invoice is paid in full, the items will be ordered within the next 2-3 business days. Then you will be added to the work calendar. Each client is asked to allow at least 3-4 weeks for his/her customized order to be completed and shipped. Depending when your initial order is made, it may take more time. Shipping price is included in each invoice and items are shipped using Priority Mail unless the buyer request a different shipping method. Once shipped, each client is provided the tracking information for his/her item so the delivery status can be followed.
